I provide technical support for all live events, offering guitar, bass, drums and keys technician, backline, power supplies, lighting, PA, including monitors, front of house and patching.Other services include tour management, van driving, electrical and electronic repairs and modifications, risk assessment, health and safety, tutoring and mentoring.A brief explanation:I have gigged and sound engineered for nearly 40 years at semi-pro level. I have played guitar, bass, drums and keys in many bands as well as providing vocals. I have sound engineered for my own bands and many others, both front of house and monitors and have engineered at outdoor festivals and many diverse venues.My background is electrical and electronics, so I am able to deal with backline, power supplies and circuit loading, lighting, foggers, smoke, pyro, etc. Having worked on an oil refinery for over 30 years, health and safety, risk assessment, safe working practice, working at height, and general professionalism are all second nature.I have my own studio so I am experienced in recording, mixing and mastering, and have experience of session work as well as producing.The Soundcloud link will give you a taste of what I can do as a writer, multi-instrumentalist and producer.I am practical, skilled, very experienced and capable of solving problems with minimal disruption, allowing the artist to focus on their performance.I don't drink, take drugs, gamble, or have any other vices apart from coffee.I have completed a BA (Hons) in Creative Music Production, and have been accepted on to the MA in Music EducationI have a unique skill set, enabling me to provide technical support to suit your requirements.
